How do I know which artist to book with?

Eve specialises in PMU brows, brow treatments and lash lifts. Ellie specialises in Lip blush, lash treatments and brow treatments. If you're unsure, email us and we'll help.

Do I need a patch test before my appointment?

Yes. A patch test is required at least 48 hours before your first lash or tint treatment. PMU clients attend a consultation prior to treatment.

What should I do to prepare for my appointment?

Arrive with a clean face, free from makeup around the treatment area. Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before PMU. Full prep instructions are sent once your booking is confirmed.

How long does a typical appointment take?

Lash sets typically take 1-1.5 hours; PMU appointments 2–3 hours including consultation. Check the individual booking pages for specific durations.
